All items may be exchanged within 10 days of delivery with another item or with a credit note valid for 6 months; as long as the product is in the same condition as delivered and all labels are intact and attached. 

Damaged goods or goods with torn labels will not be accepted. 

Underwear and tights are Not exchangeable
